Element designs and builds tray, coffered, and terrace ceilings and provides exceptional architectural detail work, and we're capable of providing finishes unique in nature with elaborate layouts. We can design and install ornamental rails in wood and metal, install custom tile and hardwood floors with tile inlays and borders, install wainscot, entry ceiling tile, multi tier crown molding, chair rail, built-in's, cabinets, and custom entertainment centers. 

Basement Remodels and Builds

We're able to provide egress widows in situations where required. 

We spend time relocating and manipulating the ceiling to maximize headroom and provide continuity while maximizing functional space.  

Basement options include: symmetrical ceiling coffers, soffits, and trays, stone veneer installations, wine cellars, custom wet bars, full kitchens, custom built-in entertainment centers, home theatres with professional home automation systems, exercise rooms, gas fireplace add-on's, additional bathrooms, bedrooms, office, play rooms, billiard rooms, exterior entry additions, window additions, and "man caves". 

Flooring options include: carpet, glue down hardwood floors (for slab on grade applications), composite flooring, floating floors, stained concrete, and tile.

Our tile work is exceptional!  We're able to build and install custom curbs and shower pans, recessed accents, tile ceilings, custom benches, wainscot and chair rails, back-splash, steam showers and saunas, and demo, build and prepare all flooring surfaces for installations .  All work is water tested and built to strict standards above and beyond code requirements and comes with a warranty.
